Is Anet going to do anything about the fractal tonic having such a ridiculously low drop rate?

Maybe tie it to an achievement, like running a certain number of fractals at level 50 or something.

It’s entirely likely that the Fractal Tonic will be purchasable with Pristine Fractal Relics come HoT.

I think it’ll be added as the reward for the fractal weapon collection.

Most likely a reward for completing the fractal weapon skin collection that is supposed to be coming.
