Your Hitboxes are ABYSMAL
Another problem with the dungeons, who would of thought?
This is one of the few things that The Secret World did perfectly. A large graphic appears on the ground that outlines exactly where the hit is going to land.
It took me a while to find a screenshot, but here’s the best example I could find:

And the inner lines of the graphic even swing inwards. Once they come together, the attack lands. It’s a great mechanic to alert players when and where the hits are going to land. You can go up against any big mob and even if you don’t know what their AOE abilities are, you still get enough of a heads up to get the kitten out of the way.
WoW has started making more clear impact points as well with many of their boss abilities-particularly the more nasty ones that will put you 6 feet under if they hit you.

i hear they’re also going to implement a robot-control function, where you can just press “r” and your toon will win for you. that way you don’t have to do any kind of thinking or take anything into account except how skilled you are now.
that will be awesome!
but then how will we auto-run? to the explorers this will be a nerf!
