i spent lot of gold to create Mighty Infusion but i need the +7 instead of +5 to reach 150
any chance to upgrade it somehow to get the +7 without losing the gold spent already ?

You can’t as of now.
They wanted to ship it with the april patch but weren’t able to as they encountered a problem of those +5+5 infusions going invalid and thus deleting themselves when trying to changing them to +7+5s, so it’ll have to wait, sadly.

You dont have to have them to reach 150. You can put more than +10 or +11 on your attuned rings and infused back piece. Use +15 and +15 on each ring and a +12 on your back piece.
