basic raiding team guider questions

ask people what their builds are, compare them to the metabattle ones, ask why they make differences
really, a decent loose standard is just having them run stat spreads, gear and traits that make sense together
Top 3 classes that every raid group wants and why, roughly in order:
Chronomancer (quickness and alacrity)
Warrior (banners and efficient source of might. also provides Empower Allies)
Herald (boon duration and efficient source of fury. also provides Assassin’s Presence and can provide protection)
You also want CC for breakbars. Herald, berserker, and chrono happen to also be very good at breaking bars.
ok an 3condis one being an exp. engineer? then at fight during split phase all on blue condis red and any paticuler person pull the green guy? anything I miss go ahead. also are the moves the same for every boss green dot wipe, ect same basics also can same team builds do all bosses without changing people

Herald is definitely not top 3 classes, it’s pretty worthless if your chrono is spec’d out in boon duration gear (which isn’t on metabattle yet since it’s out of date). Herald is actually the worst class for raids right now imo.
I almost never find chronos in boon duration gear.
Herald’s value indeed goes down quite a lot if the chrono has that, and is no longer near mandatory, though it still gives good fury, ferocity, and additional might and protection, and great cc. Anyway I’d put tempest in the #3 spot in that case.

for Vale Guardian, yes. not for the other 5 bosses
Engineer is nice to have at VG for easy knockbacks on seekers, and the AoE heal for ally sustain. Engineer is more generally applied to any group, though other class combinations can work just as well.
I feel like you’re completely forgetting about druid :P, warrior, chrono, and druid are all required to have a decent raid composition.
druid is good for sure, but nothing like warrior and chrono

ftfy, the soft cc from engineers is phenomenal at keeping seekers away from the group to the point where you only ever need 1 knockback per seeker spawn

Forst spirit, sun spirit, grace of the land, glyph of empowerment, heals, it’s very important to have one. As much as warrior or chrono? no, but I’d certainly still make it #3
