can I build any team of 10 to do this or is there like a best to have group of classes? is this the guild raids or is it something anyone can do after picking 10 people

You could build any composition of 10, but obviously the results would vary.

Ideal, you want one druid(heal), a chrono(tank for vg,gors), then respective classes depending on what boss you are tackling, so some reaper’s for slothosor for epidemic(add control). High DPS class’s like a DH/DD/ELE, etc etc

Personally I would suggest googling first, their is lots to know, and many different comps to use.

Almost any group composition can beat a raid, but the difficulty you experience will vary of course. Knowing the mechanics and positioning is what matters most.

would a lvl 22 mastery be able to do so

Mastery level is irrelevent for the most part. All you need is Gliding and Updrafts. Then theres the raid masteries you can easily get after you down one boss.
