After the update people that run fractals still will get duplicates of the same skin. Even though we don’t need one more skin since we can simply transmute them.My suggestion
put those chest that contains a choice of skins that (You A-Net promised) into lvl 41-50 so we will not get useless repeats.

P.S. will not run fractals until that is done

The more useless rings you get the more chance you buy extra bank space, the more chance Anet makes some cash from the gemstore. So that’ll probably not be happening anytime soon.
