Dose this even drop anymore? I have done alot of fractals and have never seen one or even been in a party that one drops. I dont even know the levels it could drop or what chest. Just saying it is to rare. Anyway you could make it buy able? Gods knows be nice to spend fractal relics on it as they just keep adding up.

yes it dropped about a month ago for a person in my guild.

though the rate is so low it may as well not exist at all.

Small chance from Daily Fractals of the Mists Chest at level 20-50 and 51-100 difficulty range. is what the wiki says but also has a verification requested. but thanks for the input.

T4 from what i recall him saying.

I mean i can’t verify that, but all we generally run is T4, so its could have come from any of those chest.

To make perfectly clear it did not come out of a boss loot chest at the end but the once a day rewards for achievements.

I recently got one to drop on my alt account from a T3 Daily chest with a personal reward level of 61.

Got 2 within the same week. Can’t sell or even give away. Seems too common for me.
