hey guys, im new to dungeons and me and some friends are looking to try some, just wanted to know which ones are the funnest? like big boss fights etc etc

Arah, start with p3 IMO.

I also tend to enjoy SE and CM but as always different people like different things.

Wrong forum — this is where the elitists hang out, and it’s been well established that we don’t have fun.

Arah explorable is definitely the most fun if you enjoy a challenge (despite what you’ll experience in story mode).

I consider Fractals of the Mist to be a dungeon, you should definitely try those out first. They have more interesting mechanics than the standard dungeons and they have good rewards for first timers(ascended rings and backpieces and 20slot bags)

This too. The mechanics are way more interesting, and EcoRI is right — the rewards are good if you’re still getting your gear established.

Unfortunately the gold rewards are absolute kitten compared to anything else in the game, save grinding heart quests, so I find little reason to run them these days. But if you’re looking for fun and a chance to hone your skills, fractals are a good time.

+1 Arah/Fractals. But they’re fun because they’re well balanced and somewhat difficult, with interesting mechanics. If you’ve never set foot in a dungeon, you might start with something easier, like AC or CoF. When you feel comfortable in those, give Arah a try. No shame it working up to it.

It’s fun the first 100-ish times each path…but that can be said about any dungeon. I used to really like CoE until recently. Heck, I used to love HotW all three paths. Now and days my favs are Arah and CM…might be because I main thief though so idk :P

CM is pretty cool, very thief friendly, pretty much the reason I dropped 50g this weekend to regear my thief, now to do story mode sometime this week and start learning how to solo the first part of p1.

And I’m sure I’ll start liking arah more once I stop feeling so lost, luckily I’ve had a saint patiently teaching me.

Main reason I like COE so much is because I love playing mesmer on the robot part. And I love the defense grid, makes me feel all Cathrine Zeta Jones ish

+1 for TA, Arah and Fractals. Even though TA is easy, I really like. Aetherpath is sweet too, except for the friggin Ooze Font.

Same for me. I solo both Nightmare paths almost every day. It calms me for some reason.

My favorite dungeon is CoE, but any of them that have cool mechanics or require coordination are fun. CoF p3 is fun, I also enjoy all of the Arah paths if I manage to mind a group who isn’t kittened.

Aetherblades, Fractals (except Jade Maw and Snowblind) and I have a soft spot for Caudecus’s Manor.
