3.) Watch PoV videos of your role. You can google that.

4.) Scour the “open world” LFG panel for raids looking for more. In the mean time post your role there. “Druid Support LFR”

5.) If you are having trouble finding a PuG raid scour guild recruitment for raiding guilds. Go to the guild websites and apply. Don’t just apply to a few. Apply to every guild you can find. Watch your applications. Officers will reply directly to those.

It’s a lot of work mate. Ensure you are ready for it.

ok great what role is best for raids running beserker, strength runes and shiro/herald I’m going to say dps/ support. but will do I have some reading and vids to watch this week will be a great start I have run a couple and straight steam roled spirit vale but want to learn more

ok dumb question I read Glint/Mallyx is best in raids what does each mean glint and maylix. like what is that dwarf assassin ect

I… Have no idea tbh. What class are you looking to play? What sort of roles? Support/condi/zerker?

Yes glint is the dragon(elete spec) and mallyx is the demon(condition damage)

Yeah sorry, haven’t tried revenant yet. What I do know is they are mainly a support class keeping up with boons. Could be wrong there as well I guess lol

Herald is mainly there for Facet of Nature (mostly for quickness), fury and CC.

But CC and Fury can be done by other profession, so the really main reason to bring a Herald is for the boon duration for the quickness. Not saying that it’s useless outside of it, but outside of Facet of Nature, the remaining of his strength can be done by other professions.

Basically you pick mallyx over shiro ‘cos you don’t need the quickness (chronos provide you that). Mallyx elite (upkeep skill) increases all of your stats resulting in a dmg increase even in a power build.

For wing 1, dwarf is more in vogue because of the swirling hammer skill and the extra cc from the taunt skill. It does slightly more dps. But mallyx is not bad for vg if you need boon strip. For wing 2, mallyx can be useful for resistance. Others like centaur for condi clear or emergency projectile block. Personal preference.

Really? I actually hate dwarf in wing 1 because the hammers are so inconsistent there. Against VG if you get too close to the wall the hammers end prematurely. Against gorseval you get rocked by retaliation if you use the hammers during the break phase. Against sabetha you can’t get max DPS out of the hammers because you often can’t stand inside her unless you are the main timed bomb taker, and you obviously can’t move clockwise around her. I actually think mallyx winds up being better DPS because you can’t use the hammers to their full potential in any of the fights.

For wing 2 mallyx is obviously better against sloth and matthias.

I wouldn’t knock anyone for using mallyx on wing 1. I would agree that it’s personal preference.
