Congratz, finally someone bothered to make an updated record run as the folks at gwscr have been slacking and the AC records should’ve been reset as soon as the spider queen changes hit.

Not like the spiderqueen change changed anything.

Check out the previous record and see the difference. While in timing it may even have cost them seconds to stack and FGS rush it down instead of just melting it down with pure deeps out in the open, the changes have made most groups change their approach which impacts timing wether one likes it or not.

And yes, it’s arguably the worst timegate in the game.

Records should be reset when they cannot be replicated because of changes, such as AC p2 breeder not being hit by the traps anymore. Before the spider queen change you could fgs her and ice bow her in the open, after the spider queen change you can fgs her and ice bow her in the open. What “most groups” do is completely irrelevant, it’s about whether or not the old way is still possible.

Ice bow isn’t even needed in any half decent group tbh, after the ferocity change it melts so quickly that having 2 eles would mean it would be dead before it could even pump out anything.
I see your point on the ’what’s worthy of resetting records for’ part and the p2 changes do impact that path’s time in a major way.

My vote is for Spire. She alone is the worst time gate in the game

Resetting meta records happens when the old time simply isn’t beatable anymore, or the dungeon was redesigned radically enough that it isn’t the same instance anymore. As shown, the old time was clearly still beatable by 6 seconds so it wasn’t worthy of a reset.

I am one person who moderates all of the leaderboards, and I do not actively play the game nor follow the updates. If no one tells me what needs to be reset, then nothing will be reset. I was told to reset AC P2, and SE paths 1 and 3, so I did.

Updates have also been slower because I recently got a full time job. If someone wants to volunteer to help keep leaderboards up to date, feel free to give me a pm, otherwise I’d appreciate if you didn’t complain for the sake of complaining.

I clearly see sploits, skipping optional events, skipping trash, using stealth, using an ice bow instead of fgs

jokes aside, good job guys, watching the lovers room never felt so long until now!

Mesmer was for fgs under TW, rush goes half distance with quickness so against big hitboxes it’s almost same as doing it against a wall plus veil and another tw @ the end. That’s pretty much it, we 1st wanted a nec but we were like 5s behind WHAT like that ._.

Staff has a blink soooo….she moves faster? also staff 5 was to clear those dumb spiders faster before queen.
