Guild Wars 2

i created a +12 infusion from a merchant and it is not in my inventory or bank. it simmpy ate all my +9 infusions

If you really can’t find it anywhere (and you’re sure you didn’t sell/trash it on accident) then of course it’s a bug and you should write a ticket.

I created a +12 infusion myself two days ago and I didn’t experience this, however.
