Juggernaut’s effect does not show in preview.

Not Hellfire, but it’s Radiant. So you can expect the same thing to happen to Hellfire

Here you go. In the bottom 3 right pictures im not wearing the hellfire shoulders but the effect from The Juggernaut changes with time of day and location.
