It happened on my previous AC explorable mode.

We have a team of 5 at the start, and we were playing smoothly for most of the time.
But at the end of the dungeon, one of our member afk without notice.
After 5 mins waiting, we voted to kick him while we are in the middle of the boss fight.

Once we voted, the team(in 4 people) was sent out form the dungeon. We believe that it was because the one we kicked was the first person enter the dungeon.

I’d like to see if there are anyone encounter the same problem

What’s dumb is not being able to kick someone just because they were the first one in the door.

we had the same issue today. In our case it was the group leader but he didnt start the instance. So it was kinda weird.

Anet said they will fix this, until then don’t kick the leader

I had someone be extremely rude to someone in an AC pug earlier tonight so we kicked him and it made us lose progress but it was worth it.
Having someone race thru and aggro all the trash and then troll one person who had never run AC before because he couldn’t skip things.
They need to fix the loss of progress for kicking the first person in but if you are gonna be nasty to the people in the group you deserve to be kicked.

thanks for your info, hope it will be fixed as soon as possible(I know Anet is busy). Although this situation rarely happen, but it makes things complicated when the dungeon leader afk.
