i did 3 level 10 fractal runs and got rewarded after the bonus map,now im not getting any reward,i thought it will reset the next day but im still not getting the reward,am i missing something?

You can get the bonus chest once per day per tier. Dailies reset at 12 gmt. In your situation you probably did fractal 10 before the daily reset then finished it again after the daily reset.
