Guild Wars 2

Hi I’m a experienced players. Been playing since release, had a year break and been back for the past 3 months.

Got back in fractals for the chance of ascended drops had 5( armor and weapons) so far but now personal level 83 I need more ascended armor for getting to level 100.

I want to get raiding but my guild is afk atm and I never get picked for raids in the group search.

Anyone got any advice.

I run a metabattle phalanx strength berserker and a dps thief.

Please help!

If a lfg group show up (teaching/learning run, or no requerements are mention) then join them, if first group dont need a ps, then the next might.

Join a guild that raid, many of them dont require representation and you can be part of 5 guilds in gw2.

I have a guildy that just came back (so he have not raided in gw2 at all), he got a group tuesday within 10-15 min. (I was not able to join him due to rl and our guild did not have a raid that day for him to join). btw, he got the kill.

Raid wing 3 is a good “boss” to start on, easy to find groups that all are new, and easy incounter to start out on.

87 LI here (which means I’ve killed raid boss 87 times), I never got picked from the LFG tab either. It’s because most groups never pick people from the LFG tab, they instead posted an entry on the LFM mentioning the profession they want. So yeah, just keep your eye on the LFM tab for a run that suits you

I also noticed that. Either camp the LFM tab or better find a guild. If you are decent you will also find a decent guild.

I suggest you to join a raid guild that will train new raiding players. there are guild like that around.
