I joined a cof p3 run all other where in the same guild.

they stuck at the wave event i helped them out there dps was extremly low but we made it. all ok i have good mood. then bomb event i run no problem mesmer run he made it too. I say u can do port for all and then wp.

He wp no prtal to make the portal the other side… i say oh u could do it here he die many times by try to run back. all other of his guildis made it so we stand there waiting for the mesmer. I see one of them has a funny name which sounded like a rockband just written wrong. Then I said nice name he say get kicked kitten !

I fractaled with a guild group once. They were really bad. I made funny snarky comments. They didn’t kick me because they liked me. ^.^

Pugs we’ve taken with us always were quite happy. Heh.

oh they had many guys with funny names in that party, the guy who didnt made a portal befoer using Wp was called something and second name was genius

the other guys who signed my deathsentence was named something of steal yes he wrote steal instead of steel so how can u not say something about his name …

I concur with Lilith. I’ve joined CoE pugs and made some of the most vulgar comments filled with a whole crap load of sexual innuendo, and by the end, I’m usually invited to their guild.

I didn’t leave the group, I was kicked. Also I wasn’t instance owner, you guys didn’t get kicked out.

the thing with jokes and ppl love u is just working when the run is good, before i joined they seemed to lost a player since they where half done and stucked at the wave event.

When guild groups got bad mood they dont kick the bad player they kick the non gildy and that without thinking if its fair or maybe laughable

Many players feels pro despite all they know is following youtube videos

They lack a B plan and if something goes wrong they just blame pugs.
Happens a lot with my guild i find myself often to say that if they kick pugs i would quit also…and its their fault since carrying 1-2 players its the norm in most pug runs thus if the runs fails can’t be pug fault.

Unfortunately this game elitism led to a general lack of experience.
Any unexpected or new tactic is usually unwelcome if not put on youtube even if fast, easy and safe….

High level fractals tends to be different
People is more experienced and openminded and you can often choose between 2-3 tactics for every encounter.

Low level fractals instead are like dungeons….just copy youtube or leave.

You should start asking around how many times people got kicked and didn’t get kicked while running with guilds, then make a graph or anything like that to show us if we should or not avoid running with guilds

I’m sorry this happened to you. Right now my guild group we are always 4 players. Always doing dungeons, always playing fractals… we often invite 1 more to leech from us or help us, and we never kick.

With this statement i just want to say: there is bad people and there is good people. You just had bad luck.

People only come to the forum to complain about being kicked. You would get a 100% kick rate.

I can tell you that being kicked depends on how bad the Group is.
If you are able to carry an extremely bad Group you won’t be kicked.

Unfortunately most people kicking Others needs badly to be carried.

But, but, when I do fractals with guildies and we need 1, I always have to go around telling that person we won’t kick him :’(

Wow, so you said you liked his name and they kicked you?
Talk about overreacting;
if they kicked you just for joking around or making conversation,
just because they were frustrated over a failed sequence or something (seems like they took their frustrations out on you),
then they certainly don’t deserve to have your help, I figure

Strange how many ppl complain about this, I’ve been playing this game for a year now, doing dungeons almost daily and I’m fractal lvl 49. Did tons of run with xy guild with only me being the outsider and wasn’t kicked ever. Please not I always pug.

But then again I’m playing every class as meta zerker and join zerker only runs or gearcheck runs.

So imho don’t join regular non zerker runs. Maybe that’s the problem…

People should not be so hostile in dungeon groups also. Another good thing to do is follow the group’s strategy even though it’s not the optimal strategy at the moment. Everything works. Follow their tactics and don’t pull bosses like you’re the leader. Learning to be the sheep of the group sometimes is better than being angry at people. People can read anger, don’t make them angrier by being angry at them. Don’t be the PUG that doesn’t listen to the group.

Unless you’re the person opening the dungeon, do whatever you want!

Okay out of curiosity I entered 27 fotm 4/5 guild party. I was the random :P (Berserker meta engi)

- 2x staff guardians (toughness). destroying my 20 sec might stacks lvl: pro
- 2x warriors (tougness) with rifles glued to their hands.

eventually Mai Trin happened. and… as you can imagine, I was usually the only living person there, but I kept dying eventually as my mastery in engineer isn’t yet achieved, resulting in slow reactions. and yeah ofc i was kicked and then saw new lfg “fotm 27 last boss !” >.> this is really kittened up.

oh and i wanted to say that they never spoke to me a word in english. they were only talking to themselves in a foreign language. i even tried to talk but everyone ignored me ;p
