took a 2 month break,..I don’t get Fractals yet

do you have to be lev 80 to start these?

if not , whats the best way to get in groups?
Am only lev 1 (am assuming) in Fractals. (level 66)

well, best way to start fractals is having some friend explain every and each fractal map for you. because otherwise it might be very frustrating to learn from mistakes.

you don’t have to be 80, but it would be a lot easier to find a group if you were.
