it was said that it would be implemented “soon”. do we have an estimate? running around in lv60 armor really hurts my performance, and i don’t want to spend time and money on something that supposedly i should be getting for free.

the shoulders are the only armor piece i have now that aren’t lv80 exotics, and i think that, considering i have them and worked just as hard to get them now as people have to work now for the lv80 one, that i should at least get the new standard version, rather than having to get yet another lv80 exotic and then transmute it.
