Does anyone hate them so much they’ve picked up sigils of sorrow and use dredge slaying potions?

I always carry ~30 of each slaying potions for the dungeons I do. But sigils of sorrow, no.

Yup, I have a Superior Sigil of Sorrow for after I stack bloodlust on the dredge fractal, along with a stack of 10% potions against them.
