For a budget rune? I never see it mentioned but it seems nearly as good if you can’t afford scholar/strength yet.
the condi stat isnt optimal but the +10% should have a full uptime or near full right?

Should still be somewhat upto date I think. (ranger runes no longer work with mini pets, in case he mentions it.)

Personally I would try to use either flame legion or rage. Rage if you won’t be keeping up as much burning. Thief rune is also an option yeah
