I can’t understand what the reasoning is behind making every enemy that’s ten levels higher than you completely immune to conditions. If as a level 37 I am capable of taking down a level 50 with strategy instead of brute force, why not let me do it?

I think the problem with it is you can safely throw down conditions and kite with cripples or freezes and kill enemies very easily that you shouldn’t be able to kill. It isn’t particularly good design that its even possible but at the same time, it is just regular mobs so it isn’t that big of a deal. The problem is, there is no strategy to kiting an enemy with conditions and then eventually killing them. Just because it takes an hour doesn’t mean it is strategic.

It’s actually pretty fair because direct damage also gets reduced a lot (glances, higher health, higher armor). However I would reduce the reduction a bit.

Kill xp is still pathetic, even when the enemy is 20 levels higher, and I don’t think anyone could verify the rewards are better. Other than a means of honing your skills, going after enemies that much stronger is kinda pointless :/
