I noticed that with this last feature pack patch, the characters received a +10 power, precision, toughness and vitality bonus @ level 80 (base stats are now 926 instead of the previous 916). I know about the new “Stat Gains” system implemented, but as mentioned here: “All the stats, skill points, and trait points remain the same by the time you reach level 80; we’re simply changing up the pacing of the levels they’re rewarded at.”
Is this an intentional change?

Take a look at the pvp amulets.. they also have + 10 stats to primaire .. +7 for second +3 for the third stat
Yea, I’m talking about PvE/WvW though. They said nothing about boosting those stats did they?
So any news about this??…
I’ve also noticed that the old Precision formula to calculate the Crit Chance % is now inaccurate; I’m pretty sure the new one would be Critical Chance = (Precision – 832) / 21.

So we get +- 40 more stats and almost nobody have noticed? even Anet doesnt know?
