Guild Wars 2

This is one of the things that I would like to know how Arena net themselves handles or brushes off.

How far can we as players go? Where is the line that cannot be crossed?

Often times we need clear, hard examples to know what we can and can not do.

OG porting back to their spawn and wiping a Zerg trying to take their keep (or the observatory) is actually pretty common. It might not be the Pièce de résistance of PVP, but it does involve players hitting each other

I doubt that collusion was necessary either. If you are an OG commander and you see orange swords at the observatory and you know that the BL Zerg is elsewhere, you can assume it’s FG. And since FG are always easy pickings, porting back to wipe them is a no brainer.

Thanks. I didn’t see your account name in any of my guild rosters, so it may have been a past guild. I wasn’t a part of TA or VLK, but I ran with them pretty often. Many of them make up what [HoD] has become today. I’m not commanding as often as I used to mainly because I’ve been running as a non-driver in skill groups, but I’ll be back to commanding BL defense again in the tourney so you’ll see the tag often. Looking forward to what’s coming in WvW soon, although I have a feeling I’ll be beating back a lot more omega rushes than even before *mumbles something about golem mastery*

In EotM, Badlands is made up of a multitude of servers that are red for this week’s matchup. By BL I mean Borderlands.

Combined, all of these are impersonating statements. Only ANet is capable of taking action against an account.

However, that’s not up to us to decide. Support needs to know.

Take action = report the OP to ANet for match manipulation.

“Impersonating statements” really? Impersonating someone = pretending to be them, e.g making a character called “Arena Net Staff” or saying “Hello, I am Jeff from Arena Net.” If someone chooses to infer something from something someone else says, that’s their problem. I’m guessing the OP inferred “we” to mean “Arena Net” because he’s broken the rules and is afraid of being caught. If he was innocent, he wouldn’t have made this thread, he’d have just replied “lol” or something.

This kind of “letter of the law” thinking won’t matter at all if they decide to ban. I

I know that NCSoft/ANet customer support can’t divulge conversations, but I’m really curious what kind of indignant, pretzel-shaped “logic” the banned individual is slinging to get their account unbanned. Would likely be comedy gold.

I can only imagine something like the ban thread on reddit not much later than the start of the game. I literally had to stop myself from laughing out loud more than once reading that (I was supposed to be working at that time).

I don’t think the persons earlier trollish antics will help in reducing the penalties either.

Do not listen to the person above claiming to be Ark Bladesteele. He is an impostor who has not made an appearance on our BL in the past few weeks. I am going to have to whip him soundly for being MIA and neglecting the poor foot soldiers of HoD. If it is the real Ark then he will stand and take the punishment due to him, if he is uncovered as an impostor……………. Fill in the blanks.
