Can you confirm this? From everything I’ve heard about the wardrobe system, it seems like you actually would be able to.
No. Cultural and Armor Weight restrictions will remain. (Although apparently Order armor can be worn by any character on your account once unlocked.) It was confirmed during the most recent Dev Livestream. You can read the notes about it on Dulfy.net
Cultural armor will remain usable on that race only. You also can’t use light armor skins on medium or heavy characters and vise versa. The only cultural armor that even has a render for other races is human T3 which a couple asura wear ingame and was used for the pulled light flamekissed armor. You can however use the cultural armors on characters of the same armor class and race. Only need to buy one set of T3s if you have multiples.
