Do we know anything about or have notes on this 1Gb+ patch for Dec 9?

Couldn’t find patchnotes on either forums or wiki.

I didn’t get any patch

Well I just got a patch with over 1Gb worth of files.

No patch here either. Just checked. Only thing I could think of happened is either you haven’t played for a while or were missing some files. But, even that I’m a little doubtful. I know Wintersday is on the way and I wouldn’t be surprised if there was a patch prior to it starting.

I had played earlier today. Not sure what happened.

Quit, restarted, no patch here either. Curious about what Lutheran said. May have been back updates you haven’t gotten yet?

Theres no patch at all me and like 50 others confirm, well no confirm but we didnt dl anything. and i just logged in.

Maybe your main data file was corrupted it and it had to re-download a significant portion

If you changed language in-game, the next time you load your game, it will download all the voices and translated skills etc etc, which is a big big file(1gb+).

just tried it at 8:14 pm EST no patch here either. It would be exciting to see if this was the magical fairy class fixing patch we’ve all been trying to get for a long time now. Especially in the case of engineers everywhere so we can actually play again. (something other then WvW or support in PVE that is).
