Guild Wars 2

This is the 3rd time that’s happened this past week. I sent an in-game report and even sent in a report ticket for the second incident, only with a half-hearted apology given for the latter as a response with NO ACTION TAKEN.

Seriously. DO WE HAVE A FIX FOR THIS INBOUND? This has been a problem for the past 2 years. It’s not good enough that some community manager agrees this is problematic. If I create another support ticket, will I get a response with consequences for the offenders?

I have spent money on this game on top of the initial purchase. If fundamental problems that have been known for years continue to go unresolved and are allowed to poison the experience, I’m afraid I can’t spend anymore on this game. This is just ridiculous. Forget all the extra fluff and nonsensical “quality of life” fixes like traits and leveling, why isn’t Arenanet fixing pre-existing problems?

EDIT: And please don’t tell me just to submit another report when it’s a problem of figuring out who initiated and agreed on the kick! I have a sinking feeling Anet does diddly about this problem because they don’t want to blanket ban all 4 other members of a group.
