Hey all, I’d like to ask 2 questions.

1. Why is the super adventure box “down for maintenance” and whe will it be back up?
2. Is there anyway to upgrade to the special edition of the game?
I’ve had the game since just after launch, but haven’t been able to play due to fps issues. So excuse me if these are nooby questions.

“Down for maintenance” in regards to SAB is basically the in-story explanation for “Its a limited-time recurring event that happens every so often then goes away for a while”. Its like Halloween or Wintersday, except SAB doesn’t actually have a set schedule and comes back a bit more often than once a year. It first debuted in April of 2013, then it returned in either August or September. Hasn’t been back since. I’ve seen some people speculate that it might return again after the current Scarlet / Living World storyline wraps up, which would probably end up being in April, but that’s just a guess as they’ve not officially announced anything.

Assuming by “special edition” you mean the Deluxe addition, yes. There’s a purchase option in the Gem Store to upgrade to that. Its in the last tab of the Gem Store window (Upgrades).

Brillient thank you for explaining that to me, kind of a shame as I enjoyed the Sab last time I played it.
I think it’s the deluxe one?, it’s called the heroic edition or something?

Look in the gem store under upgrades you should see an option to upgrade to the digital deluxe version. I don’t think you can upgrade to heroic. Although it makes very little difference.

And yeah SAB World 1 was one of the best things this game ever produced, I wish it was available 24/7.
