i just have a question:

If i take a sigil of geomancy in one set and another in the second set for when i swap weapon.

Do they share the same cool down ?

They share a cooldown, but unless you’re a Warrior with Fast Hands, it won’t make a difference, since the weapon swap cooldown is longer than the sigil cooldown.
