So….before todays’ patch my gw2.exe was 20mb, now however, it is 40mb…
(No bloating, also on Reddit)

what was changed?

The size of the file.

20mb = 32 bit. 40mb 64 bit?

32 * 2 = 64. 20 * 2 = 40?

i bet you installed windows 7 32bit twice.

I was wondering this, too. There dont seem to be any visible changes which explain such a jump.

maybe someone pushed out the debug version?

wouldnt we notice performance drops then?

Im not sure what you all are talking about my dat file was 15gb almost 16 and after rully patched its still the same.

and it is still awesome, none of that windows 7 rubbish, and I have the startup menu as normal unlike Windows 8 :P

there is no such thing as high quality vintage software. old software is old. new software is probably better.

Windows 7 is awesome… I was an XP fanboy too, but it’s just old now and unsupported.
