How can one be so inconsitent in a balance patch leaving out flat reductions, while removing flat additions.

Can you suggest how you would indicate a reduction of condi duration on yourself as an expertise variable?

I mean, how can one complain but not make a sensible suggestion on how to do it differently. :P

but apparently they still have flat addition and reductions ingame, so make them the same level foods give addition, which is 6.66% or whatever it is.

Why? Those values don’t have to be equal.

Not at all, I’d just remove the food tbh.

your values of ignorance and stupidity at least seem to be on an equal level
because the investment in condi% stats is way higher now and that food basically kitten s your gearinvestment.
not to forget, there is also a rare and poor condition that is a hard cc and already gets treated poorly by resistance spam, so this food also give free cc reduction.

Also if you watch the wiki history of the foods with -condi% they were adjusted to 20% when +condi% foods were nerfed to 20%, so they just forgot the readjust this foodtype, genius once more.
