People paid real world money for a product that has been useless since September 2013. Have we reached a point where “It’s coming back” is no longer an excuse yet?

I know that it’s a small amount of money, and I know that “technically” we got to use it for that single month (if you bought it at the very beginning of the release). But just from a basic customer relations and respect perspective, surely an apology and a refund is appropriate by now?

surely you considered the fact that it was an item you’d get to use for only a few days each year. consider the possibility that development is not a concrete process, and it could take longer to be able to use it again

SAB will probably come out this year or 2017.
