Hi Anet,
Would like to ask, if we will be getting any patches this week.

I have been waiting a month plus for a ranger patch/fix and changes. Also it has been 3 weeks since nerf to our already hurting class.

So to say I am eagerly awaiting this weeks patches, after Jon Peter said last week that ranger will be updated on next patch, is an understatement.

So will there be a patch this week? Please say yes. If not, when is the next patch? The Ranger class is really sub par right now, and I would like some updates. Also I know that Necro and Ele players are also eagerly awaiting fixes to their classes.

So any updates?

Before November 15th, that’s for sure.

We know a big content patch is coming on November the 15th, so take that much as a (hopefully) conclusive date.

I suspect ANet are with-holding the next patch slightly until the transition of Halloween Act III to Act VI (end of Oct 31st) so that maintenance doesn’t happen a few times within a few days, as people would complain.

I too am patiently waiting for this Ranger ‘quality of life’ fix as well as a hopeful positive Mesmer fix (they’ve had nothing but nerfs to Phantasms and the Staff the past few weeks, both key points of my builds).

My ranger seems great, no complaints from me. If any changes are made to ranger I will adapt and my ranger will still be great.

I consider being adaptable with how you play a class as a core concept with playing any MMO.
