4th utility slot plus elite

This would be awesome, just because. No clarification needed. 9 usable skills plus a heal is pretty low compared to other games. Would definitely open up some more build diversification.

Team Deathmatch for PvP – Raise the AoE cap for WvW – More unique events for PvE
