Q:

As I asked on topic, do you think %5 traits are really useful or just a waste.
ie: %5 of toughness to power.

First: My opinon (:)): If you have 2k toughness(which is almost impossible), %5 of 2k makes 100 power that I don’t think really makes difference at lvl 80. Toughness as you can see is only an example . It can be expanded for %5 of power to vitality, etc…

I’ve survived encounters, both in PvP and PvE, with only around 50-150 vitality left. Everything can make a difference.

id think 2k toughness is common for toughness focus

some bonuses are more worth it than others 5% to power, like you said probably wont make a different cuz you already have a lot and power comes from many sources. some things like rune of undead give 5% toughness to condition damage, which is still kinda small but cond dmg is harder to come by and so its good if u rly wanted to stack. 5 % bonus to vitality is a big deal, 100 is 1k hp which is a few autoattacks, but can save you if needed

IMO while they can be “useful” in the sense that stacking stat bonuses together results in min-maxed builds, they are certainly not interesting. Traits were advertised as skills your character knows that alter the way they play the game, and use ordinary skills. Attaching +5% damage does not do this at all, and is pretty pathetic for a trait idea. Unfortunately, this is a sizable majority of what Warrior traits are. It’s the min-max profession. No fun allowed while in the trait menu.
