Hey,
what would you do with 500g?

Buy 25 bl keys or Ecto Gamble go 500g?

Im aware, that i could lose nearly 1000g at ecto gambling because the ectos are also nearly 100g worth each stack.

But i would like to spent it.

So what shall i do? ^^ Where is the higher chance to make more win?

Buy gems then something from gem shop.

Ecto gambling only if you want that portable vendor to sell trash.

If you’ve not yet unlocked all the easily acquired/less expensive armor/weapons in-game, you could be disappointed with the BLC Keys.

If you have, you could, possibly, score some sweet account unlocks.

I’d do neither, personally. But if you’re dead set on gambling for funsies, I’d go for keys. Unless you want the merchant item and achievement for gambling with the ectos.

How do i get it?

With 500 gold that you specifically want to gamble, I wouldn’t choose either option.

• 25 BL keys isn’t enough to guarantee even something nice, let alone valuable.
• 500g is barely enough to get started gambling ecto.

Instead, I’d recommend that you spend on a festival bag of some sort:

• Trick or Treat Bags (big win: phospho infusion; small wins: minis & refractors)
• Wintersday Gifts (big win: winter’s heart infusion, light of dwayna recipe; small wins: mini)
• Lunar New Year envelopes (use > 650% MF to guarantee 10-20% return on your investment overall)

Neither. Buy your permanent tools, salvage-o-matics, bank space, extra characters, shared inventory slot, armor, etc. Don’t gamble.

Save your gold. Having 500 doesn’t mean that you MUST spend it. If you do I guarantee that the very next week a cool item will come from the Gem Store and you will have to use your credit card because you manage your finances like a Quaggan.

I bought like over 50k trick or treat bags last weeks and got not a single infusion ^^

But i was lucky during winterday and got 3x winters infusion out of the bags..

The funny fact is, i will get in 32 days ~ 6000Gold ^^ Thats why i want to spent just 500 of it

Both times I have had about 500g sitting there and not really wanting anything, I have gone precursor hunting in the toilet

Both times I have gotten one and made some profit and decided to buy something that I actually wanted. I was very lucky but the high stakes gambling gave me more of a rush than any reward I have gotten ingame.

Spend all 500g on Ecto Gambling and buy 2800 gems for 35 dollars to use on keys.

But, from the sounds of it, the OP has plenty of Gold and has probably acquired most things he/she desires.

I’d invest it.

/15 BLTC-running charrs

Use it on something useful like armor or weapons.

Don’t gamble man, use it for QOL items for your account.

Buy a whole set of 16 weapon skins from the TP for the guaranteed 7 BL tickets.

50,000 ToTs isn’t much if your goal is an infusion — that’s “only” 200 stacks. I’d estimate you need about 280 stacks to have a 50-50 chance of getting one and close to 1200 stacks to have a 95% chance.

I don’t have a similar calculation for the Wintersday infusion, since the 70k bags for which I have data had exactly 0 infusions. (~10k my drops, 60k from trusted reddit sources).

To answer the original question, I would spend it on achievement point (AP) items. Like miniatures from one of the sets, etc.
