I was looking at investing in some Utility Infusions and was wondering if the effects stack. For example, if I have 2 Magical Infusions equipped, do I get +40% MF? And can I have one of each Utility Infusion equipped and get the bonuses from all of them or would I only get the effects of one of them?

Yes, utility infusions do stack. In theory. If you somehow manage to equip two magical infusions you’d get +44% MF, since in GW2 these things are multiplied with each other. Now the thing about utility infusion slots is, that they only exist on amulets. Without finding a way to equip multiple amulets, you won’t stack anything.
