Can someone explain this one to me please, I’m waiting on the hour for the “Mad King Says” and i’ve not seen it happen. What am I missing?
Location is Lions Arch right?
Is there a precursor or prompt I need to initiate first?

Apologies if this has already been asked, but i didn’t find it..

It is hourly I think, it happens in Lion’s court (the small island just west of the gate hubs). No precursor he just teleports there and the event starts.

It’s not hourly, as I’ve seen him come at both the top and the bottom of the hour. I think it’s every 90 minutes.

Have you been there on the half hour? Just because it’s hourly doesn’t mean that it’s at the top of the hour. Hang around L.A. for a few hours and report back your findings. For science of course.
