Here’s how it could work.

Once all the necessary components are collected, the character will receive an invitation to visit a secret Guild Hall hidden in a remote region of Cantha, wherein he or she can craft his or her very own Legendary Race-Changing Cape Mount! Once the Legendary Race-Changing Cape Mount is crafted, the character also receives access to a fully-customizable Personal Apartment. Legendary Race-Changing Cape Mounted characters may form a guild with other Legendary Race-Changing Cape Mounted characters, allowing them to link their Personal Apartments to create an Ascended Legendary Guild Hall and Dinner Theater!

Legendary Race-Changing Cape Mounts can be worn or ridden like a flying carpet. A detailed world map on the inner lining confers 100% map completion when equipped. While wearing the Legendary Race-Changing Cape Mount, a character of any playable race can become a character of any other playable race, once per day!

Upgrades are available which can unlock all traits, enable the wearer to replay old missions via limited time travel, allow unlimited race changes ~and~ allow race-changing into races which aren’t usually playable. Skritt! It’s a hit!
