So i saw this comic, and thought i should share it. This is by no means a commentary on the Anet CS. They are amazing and wonderful people. Its just funny. I imagine they go through this sort of thing more often then they would care to admit.

It’s a good that they don’t let you use password for your password…that’s all I’m saying.

I think that story holds true for CS everywhere. I still remember when I did computer repair and I had to replace a CD drive because there was a sandwich stuck in it.

Someone thought it would warm up the sandwich.

I read one where someone though the CD drive was a soft drink holder.

One of my favorite stories involves a customer who thought a mouse was a foot pedal like on those old sewing machines.

I remembered I have one game account’s password set to “nopassword”.
Then I gave my acc to a friend. He asked me what’s ur password? I said “nopassword”.
Later he complained me for lying which I clearly didn’t.

This. Happened to me when I was a tech support some few years ago. Either the guy that called me is trolling (I don’t mind, I get paid either way) or super drunk. He called at like 2am on their place and sound drunk.

One time my mom stuck a CD into a 5 1/2in floppy drive and called tech support to try to figure out why it wasnt working. :P She eventually figured out what she had done, and was calling for a pair of pliers, with the poor tech guy freaking out as to why she needed pliers. She never did tell him what had happened.
