Guild Wars 2

I had already a while ago the thought, that it would be funny if there is a group of ‘heroes’ that you can run into randomly everywhere, they being in trouble and you helping them (so like some new random events). This herogroup would be more funny characters, like a quaggan, a skrit, a hylek, a kodan and a tengu. All of them being inspired by the former hero groups of Destiny Edge and Braham & Co. They try to be heroes and struggle a lot. I could imagine that as a lot of fun to run into. Just an idea, but i like it.

It’s an entertaining idea, similar in concept to the “bad guild” you fight in various maps across Tyria, but that not enough was made of. Were some good fights in there though at least for the early era of the game.

This sounds like a cool idea. Would be fun so see how something like this would work.

In other topics I’ve suggested the idea of a NPC band of heroes/adventurers following more or less the same path as us, but it never occurred to me that they could be played for laughs as well.

I have to say, I really like the idea as you’ve presented it!

They could still play a practical role as well, talking about plot points we may have missed or stumbling into situations that they tell us about. Once or twice, they might even beat us to the punch through pure luck. (Fight past a guardian to enter a protected cave, only to find them there. “Big, big scary monster. Too big. Too scary. Found back way in, yes.”)

OP I love it! Soooo much. That would be cute and give the game that “fun” aspect it misses so much since I lost my Tybalt. v_v
