As you may know UW will be free to transfer to from 18th of March for a week. Truth is that this server was filled with drama (still is) and therefore, because of a few hated individuals that decided to lead WvW a bunch of guilds transfered out. At the moment the server feels more like medium, than high population.
After a few PVE experiences (like the knights fight after the patch) I noticed that we lack a dedicated PVE presence too. Tequatl is not being organized on UW. Worms are not being organized on UW. Yes, we have a lot of randoms, but very few organized guilds at the moment.
I feel that it is very unfair that a few individuals can influence the community so much. So I ask for guilds (or maybe some single individuals even?) would you be willing to ignore the drama on UW facebook and WvW caused by a few guilds alone and get here to create a friendlier community?
A plea from Underworld
I always respected UW when we fought them in WvW months and months ago,we were matched up on a weekly base.Coming from FSP,its sad to see a server go down the drain so fast and hard.Would be great to see you guys build up again with new guilds and lose the drama creators.
Remember the saga of Henge of Denravi? They survived. Hopefully, your server will, as well.
Underworld is not good at WvW or PvE but there are many amazing players.Imo one of the biggest problem and i said it many times,in Underworld everyone wants to be a guild leader,we have countless guilds with 6-20 players in them,splitting the players in so many guilds does not help.You speak about few players influencing the server,i think nobody is influencing the server,everyone is doing random things even when is about bosses like Tequatl/Wurm.Is like speaking to a dog…he waves his tail…you think he understood but after you finish talking he will start doing what he wants.
One thing i can say about Underworld,is a friendly server,not much flame,insults going on in the “public”.
Anyway,whatever will happen,started 500+ days ago on Underworld,i will stay here.

I have been having the issue of seeing entire guilds moving to Seafarer Rest for wvw, and saying our community is dead, I see far too many nice people being limited in their game experience because due to shortage except at 1 peak hour, LS is impossible, forget running any dungeon that gets contested without guesting, and wurm+teq tittles are unnatainable until a guild decides to rally with 2-3 others guilds to do it.
Yet I’m considering staying in UW due to the amazing community I have over there, and for actualy meeting players I’ve played with before constantly.
I’d most certainly love to embrace a few more player with actual ambitions torwards the content of the game.
And yes, we’re terrible at wvw, I can only appeal to the possibility to teach an entire server how to do it, while we’re at the lowest tier and having “very high” population.
We certainly do not lack the will to do it.

Exactly how I see it. There’s lots of good people here and that’s why I’m not leaving, even though pretty much my entire guild moved to FSP. What we lack though is people and organization.
