True. I was planning on doing Maw and as always ended up in overflow. Five minutes later, the pre event started and there was no lag when killing the Champ. There were players but not too much to lag the entire map.

Assuming the event starts in the overflow in a reasonable time frame, which doesn’t always happen.

That pretty much only works with the Maw, given it’s short spawn cycle, or possibly the Fire Ele.

Longer stuff, like the dragons or shadow behemoth, which I just missed after hanging around Queensdale for an hour waiting due to completely lagging out, would mean waiting a really long time and hoping the overflow will still have enough people if/when the event does eventually spawn.

At least if you’re stuck in an overflow long enough, the world event you want to do is lag-free.

I hope you get to do the events you are wanting to do on your server. Hang in there and hopefully they get this fixed soon.
