Can we bring back the ‘By Ogden’s Hammer’ Norn in LA as a ghost?

Just have him randomly spawn if you want, say the line, and go poof!

I think random ghosts for Halloween is a good idea and the weirness with the Bloodstone event spirits popping up shows ANet has the code for it already in place, just switch models and conditions for appearance.

They should also bring back Doc Halvern with his krait oil. Might make the asura selling it drop his prices.

Are we sure that they both died? I think it would be nicely heartbreaking to see one of them there still alive, sadly saying their part of the old argument to the ghost of the other.
