Guild Wars 2

So, i’ve been an avid ‘theorycrafter’ since release, and i’ve gotten to the point where im prerty anal about my exact stats, if i have a 0.3% offshot oin my ferocity i will spend ages tweaking my stats till its 200.00 as to not waste any raw stats. but i am curious, in terms of landing crits, i have perma fury and a base of 46.00 % crit chance, this should be 2/3 crits(obviously its slightly lower) but depending on how anets stat stystem works shjould i have 66.67% crit chance?
Basicly what im asking is, does the number after the decimal place have any effect on stats or is it wasted untill it rounds up to the next whole %????

the 2 digits are taken into account, this was the reason why they were added as rounded figures often gave discrepancies, the screen used to only provid whole numbers until pl asked for a change, most ppl asked for a 1 decimal behind the comma and we got 2, no complaints there…
