AA set to 16xQ CSAA; jaggies in game.
Setup a custom setting in your nvidia manager targeting GW2 with the AA setting, it might just be that it’s not being applied to the game.
That’s exactly how I’ve done it, the same as I do for all my games.

Any of my other games look bang on with that setting, but not GW2. I still have jaggies on armour, weapons and scenery. Why is this?
Please don’t say ue the in game FXAA option, as that looks like someone has smeared Vaseline all over the screen.
Guild Wars uses deferred rendering which is only compatible with the FXAA AA method. You used to be able to force SSAA via nvidia inspector with certain compatibility flags selected however this is no longer possible.
Even setting the rendering to ‘forward’ won’t fix the problem.
Use sweetfx to apply SMAA. Game looks great with it.

Sorry for the late reply, real life and all that.
I’ve just installed SweetFX and grabbed a nice profile. Wow, what a difference it is to that blurry FXAA available in the game’s options. Makes me sad that I didn’t hear about this ages ago. Also makes me sad that ANet didn’t think it wise to include a decent form of AA fin the game from the start.
Thanks.

You’re welcome man. Glad to hear. Yes, FXAA = vaseline for sure

The only problem with the SweetFx or any type of injectors is that they conflict with any type of recording/streaming type of things. Keep that in mind if you ever want to get it to streaming/game recording in the future.
