Hey, I’ve recently purchased the upgrade to the digital deluxe dition which contains all items from the heroic edition
I believe that for a player buying the deluxe edition, this enabled them to receive a 6th character slot. I had already bought a sixth one with gems a few months ago and am just wondering if I should have received a 7th character slot with the purchase of the deluxe edition.

No extra character slots come with any edition of the game. So, no, you should not have received a 7th character slot. Happy adventuring!

I’m in the exact same position as you, except I bought my character slot expansion about 7 months ago… Maybe it’s a bug? I haven’t read the description on the Deluxe Edition in awhile, but what you said sounds familiar… Please ANET, give us a reply!

You don’t get any character slot’s from digital deluxe edition if you hover the mouse over the icon you can read the description also you can see here too http://buy.guildwars2.com/store/gw2/en_IE/html/pbPage.buyguildwars2

As far as I’m aware the Digital Deluxe edition has never given an extra character slot and Anet has never said it would.

Everyone starts with 5 slots, no matter what version of the game they buy.
