I have a few suggestions for AI team.
1. Make the mini AoE-loot for the player.
2. All crafting materials looted by the mini go to collectibles bank.
3. When your inventory is full the mini should send the excess loot to your bank directly.
4. Minis move fast like Ranger pets for #1.
5. Minis revive players in down state in PvE only – dungeons are not included. (?)
6. Minis can destroy a specific item you don’t want (example: Pile of Bloodstone Dust)
7. They can open Containers and Champion Bags and do #2.
8. They will activate food and consumables for you.
9. Minis salvage “White, Blues, and Greens” armor and weapons then do #2.

Minipets have been, are, and will always be cosmetic.

EDIT: I will also add that minis are not at all consistent with lore, with some exception such as the Orange Tabby Cat and Rockfur Racoon, which would be that size. You don’t seriously believe the Pact would be cool with that miniature Tequatl the Sunless that you let walk around your feet?

You lost me at the revive. No need to make the open world even easier than it currently is. It’s shamefully, awfully, dreadfully, truly easy.

Mini’s are not loot pets that you can find in other games, and looting is easy as kitten in this game anyway. All of these suggestions seem motivated by total and utter laziness. everything you have mentioned requires only a few clicks as it is, why would you need a system to automate the process?

Minis are collectables, and as such should not be subjected to menial labour tasks

Mini pets are good for 1 thing.

They count as a companion for runes of the ranger.

I do #2 first. That way if I get anything good I don’t make a mess.

Doing #2 is all minis are good for anyway, but I love the little guys.
