PLEASE! >:(

According to the wiki, “Choice of one of the following ascended shoulderpieces (note that all skin weights are unlocked upon usage)”. Also, for future reference, two points: Firstly, when you have an armour box you open (assuming from your description this is how pick which Nightfury you want), they’re always listed in order of Heavy, Medium, Light (any of those armour boxes — Carapace, Bladed, Ley Line, etc). Also, you can mouse over each item while they’re still in the box and see their tooltips. This tooltip will tell you the weight.

I hope Anet is able to help you, and that this information is helpful to you in the future.

sooo you never had nightfury? it didnt specify when i went over each one. it said nothing except nightfury. lol if you dont have information, then dont state irrelevant things. i wouldnt be complaining for no reason.

Edit: the fact that items are always listed heavy to light slipped my mind, also in the Wiki its listed as light to heavy. it didnt specify in the actual item.

Wiki says

Nightfury
Choice of one of the following ascended shoulderpieces (note that all skin weights are unlocked upon usage):

Did you check your wardrobe to see if the other skin weights are unlocked? If so, then you might just craft another shoulder piece, or use the one you have, and skin it over.

Be careful what you ask for
ANet may give it to you.

yes, but i was crafting my necro’s light ascended shoulder piece to be nightfury….i would need to craft another ascended shoulder and skin it as nightfury….then i would have an extra heavy class shoulder piece for no reason. its just unnecessary and extremely annoying, plus poor work on the dev’s part for not clarifying the options.

Well, then you’ll need to contact support and see what they say and if they can help you. If you want personalized help you’ll need to make a ticket. Threads on the discussion forum may or may not be read by an ANet staff person and may or may not be acted upon as a bug fix, and won’t get you sent another shoulder piece.
