Please Anet I beg you to put in an option for us to “mass open / use all” things like loot bags, luck essence, etc.

Since 2012 I went through 2 computer mice with both their left mouse buttons giving in.

Clicking through thousands of essence of luck and loot bags takes so much time and kills our beloved mouse buttons the world over.

I don’t think it will be that big of a problem to give us such an option.

Make a macro, long as you aren’t doing anything nefarious, you’ll be fine…although yes a simple (open all) button would be nice.

Do you use a gaming mouse, or a programmable mouse? Lots of people bind the click to their scroll wheel and let fly. Saves on clicking.

Do you use a gaming or programmable keyboard? Others of us program a key for double click and then set it to repeat while pressed, or set it as a toggle on/off. Again, saves the mouse and your hands.

you can also craft smaller luck essence into larger ones vastly reducing clicks.

Thanks LanfearShadowflame for the advice. Im waiting for my Logitech G600 to arrive. Will definitely program such an option then.

No problem. This question / request actually comes up a lot.

Does come up enough it wouldn’t be a bad idea for ANet to make an official post indicating macro’s in this use are acceptable. Especially if its a feature they are concerned with adding since it has been brought up so regularly. Seen a number of posts where people are concerned that the double click macro is against policy. Don’t agree with them, and am also on gaming mouse number 4 (2 Naga Razers, 2 Logi 602) now because the left click has worn out and the last one was even with one of the work around listed. Game does include a lottttttt of double clicking.

I really wish essence of luck was automatically added whenever you salvage an item. Because clicking these things make me go cuckoo (even after crafting with an artificer).

What about those not tech savvy enough to make their own macro? We seriously need a right click on huge stack and “use all”.

Came in hre expecting something to do with real mice (those little cutesy things) was very much disappointed.

Ok so i just messed up after doing this for so long… I was in the process of purchasing an unhealthy amount of philosopher’s stones from the mystic forge attendant when i shifted my attention to my 2nd monitor for a second, because bored obviously. When my eyes came back to the game, i purchased bloodstone shards (200 spirit shards) until out of currency in a glorious brain fart moment.

I already submitted a ticket but anyways… i’m installing an autoclicker now

Ok with a more serious note, this is not qq because nobody is forcing me to play, but i had to stop playing for about 2 weeks or so because my mouse fingers got weird and started to hurt and got swollen twice their size. It would be common as people age to experience joint pains, but as a healthy 23yo i lold when my doctor told me to stop using computer for a while.
