Anguished Tears of Alba is an item which it can buy from fotm vender

But I cannot get 10 agony resistance when using it.
Do i need to level up my fotm mastery to 4/4 before getting its effect?

Do you have other sources of AR? It’s description states it doesn’t stack

I have 35 AR from armors and rings. My Fractal Attunement mastery is 3/4.

When I tried fotm 40 (It needs AR43). I got AR attack

That’s your answer then. AR from tears don’t stack
